Sphinx has a team of over thirty reviewers and new ones are recruited quite often.

If you are interested, please take a look at the reviews on site, to see the format and style expected. What we require is a thoughtful and respectful response, in an accessible, fluent style. You do not need to be a world expert on any form of poetry -- just a person who reads contemporary verse and takes an intelligent interest in what it's doing. You do not have to be a poet.
